Jaqueline Ruff
Jacqueline helps educate individuals in the underserved and underrepresented communities, helping both individuals and businesses develop and grown, through the SBDC. Jacqueline was the Owner/Operator/General Manager of a successful local restaurant for 10 years, Fifi's Lunch Box Inc. Starting off as a small bakery/coffee shop and growing into a full service restaurant with two locations, a catering company, and a food truck. Jacqueline understands what it takes to start and grow a successful business. Prior to becoming a restaurateur, Jacqueline gathered a host of experience in the manufacturing industry which includes: Planning, logistics, quality control, warehousing and receiving. Jacqueline graduated from Vincennes University with a BS in Technology and Industrial Development and an AS in Business Administration. Jacqueline was also a member of the Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) team and competed nationally, throughout college. Jacqueline enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family. Jacqueline has a huge heart for animals community service, dedicating a lot of her time and resources to help humans and animals in need. Jacqueline also has a love of vinyl records, particularly 1970-1990's rock.
