Jenifer Mudd-Chamberlain embarked on a mission in 2015 to empower children and families through her company, Full Circle Family Solutions LLC. Operating primarily in Central, East Central, and Northeast Indiana, Full Circle’s commitment to providing wraparound services has been unwavering.
Over the past two years, as Jenifer navigated the challenges and opportunities of business growth, she found a crucial partner in the journey: The East Central Indiana Small Business Development Center. With the right guidance and resources, Jenifer has been able to expand Full Circle Family Solutions' reach and deepen its impact, transforming communities one family at a time.
Full Circle Family Solutions provides habilitation to youth with behavior challenges, family support and training to enhance caregivers' abilities and nurture their confidence in managing tough behaviors, and respite services to alleviate the emotional and physical burdens caregivers often face.
Jenifer first heard about East Central Indiana SBDC from another small business owner and friend. Alongside Business Advisor James Womack, Jenifer developed a business plan, established a hiring strategy, and refined her services to better meet the needs of the families she serves.
“Many know that raising a child takes a village, but don't consider that running and growing a business also cannot be done on your own,” noted Womack. “Helping Full Circle Family Solutions has been an absolute pleasure, as I know they are helping to create a better future, one child at a time.”
