As a matter of policy, the ISBDC views this information in aggregate numbers only; there is no individual identification of viewers in the ISBDC’s analysis of its Website.

The ISBDC maintains a list of subscribers who have requested to receive periodic e-mail updates and newsletters. In such instances, the ISBDC will provide you with the ability to submit a request for access, rectification, erasure, a copy of your personal information, or to restrict or object to further processing. You also have the right to data portability of your personal information. The erasure of your personal information shall be subject to the retention periods in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. If you have provided consent to the use of your information, you have the right to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of the ISBDC’s use of the personal information prior to receipt of your request. The ISBDC is unable to identify if children voluntarily submit personal information via the ISBDC’s social media pages, and the ISBDC strongly encourages parents and teachers to monitor the Internet activity of their children.
